Whether you are looking for a small party with a few friends or planning an all-out extravaganza, Circus Academy New York is here to create a unique and engaging experience that will have your guests raving!
Flying trapeze – along with the option for a variety of additional fun, unique activities – will create an experience your group will never forget.

Small Parties: Groups of 10 or fewer
If you have fewer than ten participants, you may reserve the required number of spots in a regular two-hour flying trapeze session. Note: remaining spots in the session will be available for other students.

If you have a total of ten participants, or have fewer but want to keep the party private, you may reserve all ten spots in a regular two-hour flying trapeze session. Everyone will get more swings, making it an extra special experience. Click here to view our schedule. The further in advance you book the more availability we have.
​Additional participants in private sessions (beyond the 10 reserved spots) can be added for the per person fee at the time of the session or at the time of booking.
Additional activities can be added on to your reservation if you book out all the spots in the class.
If you are looking to book a private class and don't see a time that works, we may be able to add a session to the schedule. Contact us at (929) 456-5219 or events@circusacademy.com to book a private session before the schedule is released to the public.
Large Parties: Groups of 11 or more
Events for 11 or more participants start at 2 hours and may have an expanded time frame depending on the number of participants.
These events can incorporate flying trapeze as well as additional aerial and ground activities. This will keep all of your guests thoroughly entertained between their turns on the flying trapeze. Your event can include a mix of aerial and ground activities without any flying trapeze. Availability is dependent on scheduling.

We customize each event to fit our customers' needs and wishes. Add-ons include digital photos taken throughout the event by a staff photographer, additional activities, videography, décor, apparel, aerial performances, a designated space for cake or food, and more! Private Event Policies
Weather
We strongly recommend booking your event at our indoor location in South Williamsburg so your plans aren't disrupted by bad weather. Events booked at our outdoor location on Pier 40 in Manhattan cannot be moved indoors day of due to poor weather unless you've made prior arrangements to also reserve and pay for the South Williamsburg location.

For outdoor parties of 20 or fewer people: Because we never know what Mother Nature is going to do, we do try to hold all parties and sessions as scheduled, regardless of the forecast. If we decide that the weather may not let up, we may put the party on Weather Warning. A Weather Warning status would be issued no more than 2 hours before the party is scheduled to begin. If your session is put on weather warning, you have the option to wait it out, or to reschedule your party for another date.
For outdoor parties of 21 or more people: We will provide a rain date for your event, should your event be cancelled by CANY due to weather. This rain date will occur at least 2 weeks later than the originally scheduled date, depending upon availability. The exact date and time for the rain date will be specified in your event contract.
Cancellations
Please see the full policy here for the cancellation timeframe for your type of event. Please read our cancellation policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions. Note that full-session bookings, private events, and large group events have an expanded cancellation timeframe.
Waivers
All participants must sign a waiver to participate in activities at Circus Academy. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver.
